"Conversations that Add Value"


This is our coaching and mentoring programme for senior level leaders.  

Using structured conversations we dig progressively deeper into business and leadership issues, through powerful questions together with insights from our own extensive business experience.  This process will help you to clarify, quanitify and resolve problems.

We use our Iceberg Model of Systems Communication to examine issues from multiple perspectives, and to steer the discussion to cover all four of the Model's 'Levels of Communication' (Superficial -> Logical -> Empathetic -> Transformative).

Another strength of this approach is the ability to quickly turn challenges into opportunities, re-focussing to channel energy in a positive direction instead of dwelling on apparrent 'problems'.
