Here’s a quick outline of the process:

1.  PERSONAL DISCOVERY – Explore your unique and complex inner world and understand how all the pieces of your psychological jigsaw fit together.

2.  CRAFTING YOUR FUTURE – Examine your desired future and design it to become completely congruent with who you are and who you want to become.

3.  REAPPRAISAL – Analyse your current personal profile, identify aspects that may not serve you on your future path, and what new traits you’ll need to develop to become the person you need to be.

4.  RELEASING – A series of exercises to let go of unhelpful beliefs and behaviours – for good!

5.  PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Defining the mental habits and behaviours needed to create the future you.


The “Neurological Levels” Model

We use our own version of Dilts “Neurological Levels” concept to gain insight and understanding of how our complex personalities are made up.

1.  IDENTITY – This is the core of who we are and plays a large part in driving all the other levels. When we make changes at the identity level it creates a profound shift.

2.  BELIEFS – These will have a big impact on our motivation. We will tend to act in a way that reinforces our beliefs. Our beliefs can be either helpful, or they can limit us.

3.  VALUES – These create the system we use to evaluate whether things are good or bad. Problems can occur when our values create unrealistic expectations for ourselves or others.

4.  ATTITUDES – This is where a lot of our drives come from. Shaped by the higher levels, they are what make us feel we “must” or “should” do, be or have.

5.  BEHAVIOURS – Behaviours are the outward manifestation of all the decisions we make at the higher levels. It is very hard to change behaviours unless higher level changes occur first.
